use pinking shears to cut the end off and then wash them a few times

cut off the hem and pull a string or 2 out. then maybe have someone stitch a line of thread just above the fraying so that it wont fray all the way untill ur wearing short shorts!!!! lol! then wash them a few times and they will look perfect!!!

Take them onto a cement place like your driveway or the street. Get a rock about the size of your fist and hit and scrape the places you want to distress. I used this on jeans and it worked so I am certain it would work on your khakis. Oh, and wash afterward for a more natural scruffy look!
