You can get into law school with a bachelors in anything. Literally anything. Law schools could care less. Majors that are commonly thought of as "pre-law" such as poly sci or legal studies tend to be looked down upon by law schools for various reasons (such as they're too easy, may have to untrain these students, etc).

Law schools don't even have prerequisite classes they want you to take first like the medical professional schools.

They're mainly looking at your GPA and LSAT score.

law school doesn't depend on what degree you have...it depends on if you pass your LSATs...the higher the score, the better. if you think you can pass the LSATs with only a theology background, then go for it.
