Are you looking for a western medicine program that integrates alternative medicine or an alternative degree that will provide you with western science?
If you are looking for the first, Harvard has a very well respected program that integrates training in alternative therapies while providing the typical training for a western medicine degree. Its been a ground breaking program that has received a lot of kudos from the alternative medicine community.
As for the other, there are a variety of alternative medicine training programs that incorporate western sciences (biology, chemistry, physics, western pathology, anatomy and physiology, etc.) California has the most strict requirements of any state, and as a result finding a program that is "California certified" would be your best bet.
If your primary focus is alternative/herbal combination, finding a California certified Oriental Medicine program maay provide you with what you're looking for.
Keep in mind that most of these programs are Master's programs and require a couple of years (typically a minimum of 2) of undergrad work.

The Cedar Sinai Medical Clinic in Los Angeles, used to have a "Barefoot Physician" program that incorporated medical and alternative medicine. It was taught by two doctors on staff. I don't know if they still have the program, but it was a two year program to get your degree. I worked in the holistic area of the clinic. You might check them out.

At www.gcnm.com
It's an online college that you can do at home on your own time. They have 3 programs: Nutrionist, Master Herbalist, and Holistic Practitioner. They have very reasonable prices and you can learn in your free time so it won't interfere with a job or school.

Have you googled it yet? There are many alternative schools out there and allopathic medicine is being integrated with it in many treatment centers.
