I got injured on the job, my knee. I have been going to the doctors every week, for 7 weeks, and i'm not being treated correctly. I think it's because of my age, im 18, they are not taking me seriously. Should i get a lawyer, and if i do, will they be able to get me my benefits faster, than going through the qualified medical professional provided by the state.

I would recommend an attorney. Another option is going to your own doctor. Most states allow that after your employer's doctor has 'treated' you for 30 days.
