Manga or Anime? I know that after they meet in the anime he sees her again when Kyo changes to his other self. He kinda talks S**t to her. I havent finished the manga so I cant tell you.

wait can u give a little bit more info cause there are a couple of times when tohru meets akito....are u talking about the
cause all i do know is that in one part akito stab tohru in her arm and then akito ran away but then tohru followed and talked to akito but then tohru fell off a cliff cause the cliff gave in

Basically, everyone hooks up after the curse is broken. Akito is really a woman. Tohru and Kyo end up together. Check Wikipedia, they have all of the spoilers for every character, I hate to give it ALL away.
