Im 25 and I have a 2 yr old and a 14 month old. I have a consultation for a breast reduction in April, but Im trying to drop as much weight as I can before then. Im 5'6 and weigh
+- 185. Im discouraged. Im in Nursing school and I work.....Im burnt. Any ideas for being sucessful?
Oh yea before I had the kids I lost 60 pounds from weight watchers. I was down to 135........ NICE I cant wait to be that small again!

Well, fat cells never die, you just burn off the fat that is stored in them. This makes it hard to keep fat off, because it can easily just plop back into your system. This means that you can't diet, and then go back to your orig. plan, you have to stick to the healthy lifestyle to keep it.

But to help w/ a more toned look, strengthen your ab area, if you have stronger muscles in your abdominal area, then they'll make the fat that does exsist on your belly stick to you better and make you look slimmer and more toned.

As to lose weight, there're way tons of ways out there, not hard to find. Go back on weight watchers I guess

I had a lot of trouble trying to lose weight before my breast reduction surgery. It is a lot easier now with less boob!

Try weight watchers again :)
