For some people it is not looks, it is personality. A guy can look handsome but be so twisted he looks ugly. Good luck on the hunt

Looks is not always what you see on the outside, I have seen some beautiful people that was not very attractive to look at.
Besides that, they say there is a match for every one.

seems like your chances are good to snag a nice, down to earth fellow... but for an arrogant shallow guy? probably not as good.
