this is a serious question for pastry chef..so can u please answer seriously?

well you see i have to write a 10pg essay on becoming a pastry chef. and one page has to be about the earning/and the benefits and also what insurance they have so if some1 can please help me out because if i do not do this report i can not graduate so please help me out
