How long have you had him? ans how long is the store policy guarantee for? Glass fish are not a hardy species and even the advanced enthusiast finds keeping them alive to be quite a challenge.----------do you think another fish may have roughed him up?
They are non-aggressive.-if you have more than one tank put him where he won't be a target for a bully----
---better still----you really should get him into an isolation tank to make sure he doesn't carry an infections disease. or organism.-feeding them is hard they are finicky eaters-----try a few different premium brands.-Good Luck

He's probably crapping out. It happens because they lose their stresscoat, and the body eventually gives out.

Try a good water change, and maybe do some web research to see if anything else can help. I've heard something about a little salt being beneficial.
