I have to fill this scholarship application and it asks for SAT verbal score, so I don't know if it includes writing and reading or just reading

Verbal just means Critical Reading. the CR was verbal before the new test.

I believe that what the Collegeboard says is that Verbal scores and Critical Reading scores are essentially the same thing (at least that's how it was last year when I had to apply). The writing section is different, and since it's new most schools aren't really paying attention to it (although that might have changed in the year that it's been since I applied). I say it's just Critical Reading.
