It wasn't a public toilet, but I wasn't home and I was thankful the bathroom had ceramic tile floors because they were cold and I laid on them for HOURS while I was praying to the porcelain.

Ahhh yep - my 27th birthday. But it was a bush, not a toilet.
And I gained a lovely scar on my hand from running it along the wall to hold myself up and ripping it open on a finishing nail.
I rarely drink since.
