it all depends on your type of temperament.there are four type of temperaments which describe each individual:Sanguine(extrovert),Choleric( also an extrovert),Phlegmatic(introvert) and finally Melancholic(also an introvert). they are all creative as long as they don't allow their weaknesses(negative qualities) overcome their strengths(positive qualities).

Creativity is an open mind, along with the drive to do something.
I once bought a book titled "Your Guide to Creativity" so I'm inclined to say no to the last part.

i think different cultures and groups define creativity in different ways. i mean, a creative idea to one person may be deviant to another, for example! i think best is to not try to fit into any definition of "creative", "genius" or any other label. if i really had to define "creative" tho, i'd say it's doing the best you can do with the resources you have at hand.

Creativity for me has been an awareness of the different materials in my environment and making something useful with them. connecting things for teaching and learning I have the most fun with it when I do it because I see it and not because it must be perfect.
