I just received my master in public health, and I now plan to pursue my dream of being a physican. Are there any differences between the application process between graduates and undergraduates? I already fulfill all of the prerequisites during my undergarduate years; I received my bachelor in 2003. In addition, I've taken many advance chemistry courses also. Any help is welcomed. Thanks.

First you have to take the MCAT. Then you have to apply through a central application service. AACOMAS and AMCAS for the osteopathic and allopathic schools respectively. Then each school sends you a secondary application specific for that school. You also then submit letters of recommendation as well as all your transcripts. If the schools like your application they invite you for an interview, and your applicaiton goes to the admissions committee who decide whether or not to accept you. Good luck. Also, if you aren't familiar with the terms osteopathic and allopathic medicine research them. There are also podiatric medical schools that specialize in the foot and ankle.
