I always take my mother out to lunch during the week of mothers day, but this year I think I will send her flowers at work.

I always cook for my mom and grandma's on Mother's Day. I make one of each of their favorite dishes. My dad and sister take care of the dishes and whatnot so it is kind of a group effort but I do all of the cooking. It's a very special thing for my family because my Grandma taught my mom to cook and my mom taught me. It is very special for them to see me hard at work doing something that we all love! Good Luck!

Last year i made a slide show with the family. Went back 40+ years and thanked her for raisng six kids by herself. I dont know what to do to top that but I have tried calling her on odd days to wish her a happy mom's day as every day should be, corny i know but can't say thanks enough

Give her a nice big hug and resolve to obey her forever and help with the daily chores.
you may even cook her favourite dish for the dinner.
