You mention the battery is good, but have you tried turning it on when plugged into the wall? If not, do this, as the issue may be with the computer getting power from the battery, even if the battery itself is fine.

Assuming you have tried running from the wall adapter already, try resetting your PMU. (see link)

If it still does not turn on, it needs to be serviced. It is almost surely out of warranty at this point, but it may cost less to repair it than replace it, despite what others say. I had a similar model repaired for under $325. Take it into your nearest Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and get a quote.
