I don't know. I aim for the trees anyway. I mean they put those on the course to make it challenging right? So, yeah, I figure get my money worth and make it a challenge. Who needs a fairway when it isn't fair anyways.

I think its fair that my otherhalf plays twice weekly and gives me some space in which to do my thing. That IS the fairway, believe me!!

It's a reference to the weather, silly. Golfers can't play when its raining, snowing, sleeting, etc. So the weather has to be fair for them to play.
