haha yea... there are currently 20 people from my university that are being sued by the recording companies. theyre offering a $1000-$3000 settlement instead of going to court. my university also blocked our use of file sharing. students are always receiving notices that theyve violated copyright laws, but no one really cares, until now that people are being sued.
