Well, me and my partner thinking about opening a Belgian restaurant but specialize in pancakes, waffles, and some of the belgian chocolates. What do you think it should be like? I am thinking more to a casual/formal restaurant unlike IHOP or Denny's. But we just don't know where to start and what do we need. Do you think this is a good idea? since there are none of belgian restaurant here in the States and not many selling belgian chocolates because it's kinda expensive but the taste is unbeatable :p

Maybe opening a Belgian bakery might be a better idea. Because when you said "Belgian" the first thing i thought of was waffles & chocolates.

If you open this restautrant in a very diverse city like NY, Chicago or San Francisco....it'll have a better chance to work.
