It depends on what it is. Somethings like smoking and Aids is bad for everyone. But everyone is not the same so other things could be good for some and bad for others. Like sugar. Some people have low blood sugar so sugar is good for them, others may have to much and sugar isnt good for them. It depends on your body and mind.

Something are never good for anyone. MURDER is bad for everyone, Stealing is bad for everyone, lying is bad for everyone. But most things are good or bad depending on your own convictions. This is how I try to judge for myself. Anything that comes between me and my relationship with God is bad for me, Example. I was raised that women did not wear pants on the platform of the church. on a few occasions I came directly from work to church not wanting to be late because I am a part of the special music and choir. All i could think about the whole time I was singing was what am I doing up here with a pair of pants on, I could not worship and praise and there for it was wrong for me. but if it doesn't bother you that is fine this is my PERSONAL conviction. I also Choose not to do things that cause problems in my relationship with my spouse. This is my PERSONAL conviction. What is my personal conviction applies To me and I never try to impose that on others i am not God and I do not have the right to judge you.

Research , read information , study the facts . . .
Remember that not everyone is the same
Like some people can't even take aspirin because it causes them internal lesions.
Review what you can and if you believe it could be beneficial for you , try it .
Start slowly , however, because there may be unforeseen problems and you should always be able to put on the 'brake' if you realize it was not good after all.

If there is a $100 bill on the ground, would you leave it there to be picked by someone else!
Then again; If someone has committed a suicide, would you do the same!
You would probably think that the $100 bill was his/hers.
I mean every thought could be a new possibility, there is nothing wrong of being thoughtful!

Everything is judged by the word of God and what comes out of your own mouth.
