If you read over your question it doesn't make sense gramatically at the moment.

How can you possibly hope to understand what the question is asking if you don't know what the question actually means?

I assume you mean something like "What characters besides Macbeth and Lady Macbeth demonstrate that things are seldom what they appear to be in this play?"

If this is correct, have a think about the following characters after reading the play.

Macduff
The three witches

Try to identify points at which the play leads you to expect one thing only to reveal later that its something totally different to what you thought. This shouldn't be difficult as there are many many examples in the play of deception, and appearances playing tricks on people.
