Ok so it's like an aresbesqe....except it goes longer and you reach to the floor with your hand while your leg extends as far as you can to the ceiling for counter balance...what is it called? I though Elonge or something like that....no clue how to spell it..please help me.

I think it is spelled "allongé" (ah-lawn-zhay). It means elongated (infinitive: allonger) and can be applied to many ballet positions. Effacée devant is a common example in my experience.

Penchée is used more often than allongée when the position is arabesque, and and for attitude derrière as well, but I've never seen or hear penchée used when the "gesture" leg is to the front or side.

Penche, or penchee, (prounounced pahn-SHAY) is an inclination, usually done in arabesque, though they can be executed in various positions. Here is a picture of an easy penchee, they can be extended much further, depending on the intended style.
