If I tore a tiny whole in my guy will I need surgery? What will I need?

I was in a car accident earlier today.. I was having sharp pains a friend of mine talked to someone online and they said that I could have tore a tiny whole in my gut, define gut? What would that require? Surgery? Can it heal itself??

Can it require stitches even if it is eternal? That may sound dumb but.. It costs alot of money to go to the hospital.

You'll need to see a doctor IMMEDIATELY. You could go to sleep and never wake up. Internal injuries do not often heal themselves. (At least not correctly) You can slowly bleed to death from these things. See a ER doc RIGHT NOW.

Go to the ER asap. If too much time has elapsed, you can get an infection near the wound!

Surgery depends on the depth of the wound and if any internal structures were harmed. You may need stitches, though.

If you were in an accident and having sharp pains then get off the computer and go to urgent care or ER and get checked out,.

You could have internal bleeding and this can kill you if you do not take care of it. My husband had a bleeding ulcer and lost half of his blood before he got to the doctor. Losing too much blood can cause a fatal heart attack.

no it cant fix its self,you should get checked in er so they can do some tests if needed they know the symtoms ,but it can get worse if that is true good luck go get checked

go to the doctor. they specialize in this kind of stuff. hope everything turns out alright.
