i grew up with this friend of mine but then he moved so we stopped seeing each other for 5 years but he just came to visit me and when we were changing clothes i noticed he had a very dark, almost black and very small penis and testicles (he is a white boy) he was stranged when he saw mine and felt ashamed...is he sick? what is wrong with his penis?

ok since you cant tell seriously him because he can feel ashamed, why dont u just bring it up in a casual conversation, that may work

May be "white," but most likely he has some other races in his background. Genitals are often darker than the other skin on cuacasians, you may find some with very dark genitals due to ancestors who mixed with blacks or native americans or other racial groups. Not uncommon at all. Nipples will tend to be darker as well.

Some guys penis is darker then the rest of there body, and it sounds like your both Young, and make sure you dont say anything about him being small, its not his fault, and if your young he'll probably grow a little more, and his probably not sick.

He may have a hormone deficiency. Tell him to talk to a doctor about it.
