Some really nice, honest answers too. I am a night owl and have to be pretty much exhausted before I even try to go to bed. Either that or I fall asleep on the couch.

I can't count sheep, because I can count way too fast. If I am really having trouble sleeping, I will try reading some Shakespeare or listening to one of my professor's lectures. Either will put me to sleep in about ten minutes.

Actually, I do not. I cannot sleep when I count sheep.. Instead, I recap in my mind the events that happened within the length of the day. I am usually off to sleepy-town in no time!

When I can't sleep I imagine myself winning the lottery, then I envision myself with all that money and start planning on who I could surprise and help, I usually fall asleep right away and have awesome dreams!

As I lay wide awake wishing for sleep,
