I answered one of your questions already. I can give you a starting point but I can't do your homework reading for you.

Read the text carefully, think about the conflict between Lizzie and Darcy and the basis for it, between Lizzie and Charlotte Lucas, between Lizzie and Lady Catherine.

How do each of these conflicts serve to illustrate the themes Jane Austen is concerned about in this novel? It's all right there in the text if you do some thinking!

Ok, the best way to do this is to list the characters and then write what they're worried about. Examples:

Austin's main focus for conflict is duty vs. heart, rationality vs. emotion and the persuit of happiness and fortune (all at once!). There are more specific ones, each character has many of their own, but an example:

Lizzy knows that if she marries Mr. Collins, her family is secured in Longbourne if her father passes away (rational) though she finds him rediculous, and couldn't love him (feeling)
