First, I'd say you should chart your fertility signs for at least a couple of cycles. It's entirely possible that it just a matter of your missing YOUR fertile phase.
There are also many cycle issues which can cause a delay in conception or difficulty carrying a pregnancy. Low cervical fluid or an unusually short fertile phase can cause subfertility. Low progesterone can make sustaining a pregnancy very difficult. A short luteal phase (time between ovulation and the next period) can make carrying a pregnancy extreamely difficult b/c you could be having very early miscarriages before you know you've conceived.
These problems can often be detected and resolved at home. There are very reliable remedies for boosting CF, extening the LP, and boostin progesterone. You need to track your fertility signs so you know if there is an issue affecting you.
Some sources: The books The Art of Natural Family Planning ad Taking Charge of Your Fertility. The websites CCLI.org, Fertilityfriend.org, and Ovusoft.com.

What? We don't know why your not fertile! If you have been told your not fertile then that DR would have told you the reason ?why? If you are not fertile nothing can help. Theres a difference between not being fertile and having fertility "issues"

How do you know you are not fertile?
Go to a really helpful website called babycenter.com, they will explain to you when you are fertile & how to tell.
Other than that I find a 'Maybe Baby very handy. It's a saliva tester that tells you when you are fertile.
Good Luck!

Firstly see your DR to check if you are having fertility issues- I'm sure theres an explaination. Mabye its PCOS, maybe its another issue that can be rectified and this will help you start you journey of having a baby.
