I don't trust Greyhound but I remember Trailways
can I still take a Trailways bus Instead of greyhound?
if not Trailways any other bus service -other the greyhound
to El Paso?

Trailways is not the same company it used to be. They no longer provide extended intercity transportation routes like Greyhound still does. Instead Trailways is mostly private charters and local excursions.

Yes you can.
In some cases, if you are going from one fairly remote location to another, you may have to take both Trailways and Greyhound. Sort of like getting plane transfers on another carrier.
You didn't say where you are starting from. There are also several regional bus lines throughout the USA.
