The first step(it had to be said,lol) Don't quit your day job. Make sure you have something to fall back on

The first step in opening it is to know what you are talking about, and how to run it. As for marketing, the best form of advertisement is to let a few friends know about it, and have them come down and do one song for free. They will tell everyone about the quality, and if it is good, others will follow.
