Definitely the embroidered mouse ears hat (embroidered with your name or a fun nick name of yours) - available at any hat shop on Disney property! :)

Each park has a 3D movie so you could ask for a set of 3D glasses.Muppet Vision 3D,Its Tough to be a Bug,Honey I Shrunk the Audience and Spectromagic.Disney is awarding prizes this year so ask your friend to transfer it to you as a souvenier.You might get a box of popcorn.Disney awards wholesale then brags retail,they should put their money where their mouth is.

Anything you can use regularly. For instance, I brought my sister a cup with her name and the characters. It's cheap but she sighs everytime she drinks something. Another idea is a DVD or a book on the parks. OK, your friend can't afford anything... Ask him the booklets they give away in the hotels, with maps, photos and advertisements.

A mickey mouse hat, their really cute..and they have really nice designs, well unless you wan the original one. also, the antenna of your car toppers (you know the ones with mickey mouse ears?) Im pretty sure everyone's seen them, but anyway, I think that's probably the best to ask for because they have such cute ones, well unless you dont drive ;)
