I am considering a free trial ($9.97 shipping) for Russ Dalbey's Cash Flow Note program. I want a few honest answers on:
-what the program is really like?
-has anyone made lots of money?
-how much time do you have to put into it?
-do they really make you purchase more materials?

So far, all that I have seen are people's opinions of the company and program who have not even had experiences with either.

Some of the ones who have answered and said they tried it have not given detailed answers of what they experienced.

Someone please let me know the answers to the above questions, thanks.

I have not done the program but do know a LOT about them. People really do make money with the Dalbey system (I have met some), but it does still require work and time. Like most of life, you get what you pay for. You shouldn't expect to make much money off of a $10 investment.

I sent mine back and had to fight for the refund.

Be careful with dead-lines. Also expect to be contacted. A good question to ask the caller:"What is your expertise in real estate?"
That's all I'll say.
