Well I would pick GL if his ring was fully charged...cause when he is fully charged his powers are up there with the Silver Surfers....But Tony Stark has been known not to give up and as recently as Civil War empolyed villians to do his dirty work for him. And he has money to buy him help.
If they were both 100% charged though I'm going with GL...He can do anyhting he imagines with his ring where Stark is limited to his armor .

that's a tough one.
Iron Man is a better character than Hal Jordan,but I think a Green Lantern would in a fight.

I give the edge to Green Lantern, but I dont think the battle would be that one sided. With his intelligence & his armors scanning abilities ,Tony Stark would figure out some way to disrupt the Lanterns will power (sonics, uni-beam).

Without the flaw of being ineffective against anything yellow-a GL is basically only limited by their will-power & imagination.-thus GL could wait until the Iron-nazi ('er Man) runs out of juice and then could smash him like a tin-can!

if the two thought it would be entertaining to say the least. I'd say Hal would win due to his ring allowing him to do anything pretty much

A good Q both g.l and I.m run off batteries gl ring has to be charged so If the fight is just starting and both are fully charged Id go with gl because gl has will power he could bubble i.r. and wait till i.r runs out of air ,but if gl ring isnt full i.r would win due to it weaponary and yellow trim
