Some of my friends say Dell, some say Alienware. Please tell me what you think the best computer I should buy is. I do not want to build one myself. Just build it online and tell them what I want. Need something customizable. Thank you!

Dell. You can really get some great options from Dell. I have a top-line dell computer that has lasted 6 years and counting. As far as customization, it is dell's specialty.

It's all depend on your budget on how much you want to spend on the computer. Top of the line in computer world could well be 4-5 grands. Dell in general is a good company for general pc purpose not really about top of the line equipments. They have overall good customer service that's all. I suggest you can go with Voodoopc, Alienware, Falcon-Northwest, or Acer. Those are one of the top customizable builder for bench mark testing and gaming if you want to take a look and choose one for yourself.

Buying a Dell would be like buying a Ford. Buying the high end Dell XPS series would be like buying a Ford Mustang.

Buying an Alienware or Falcon northwest computer would be like buying an Aston Martin or a Ferrari.

If you wanna be apart from the mob so I'll prefer you a Lenovo Jogdial series with sleek looks and brilliant design. On the other hand bying a laptop would be better than desktop coz it's mobile and can help you wherever you want it to. Sony VAIO is the best range in laptops. But you will have to spend some big bucks to be different buddy.
Have a nice day and a nice PC.

Buy a pc if you want never ending migranes.

Buy a Macintosh G5 with a 30" flat panel display if you want "top of the line" results. Get a real computer for your hard earned buck, not the headaches.
