Look at your Periodic Table. The number with the decimal is the atomic mass unit. The one with the smallest number is the lightest element of those that you list.

Well, I am a chemist and out of these, the Lithium metal is the lightest. The reason it is the lightest is because it is closer to the beginning of the periodic table in simple terms. But, it has the least amount of protons and electrons.
