Try any currently active closet in Washington state.

If you look in their bathroom, you should also be able to find an ample supply of blue eyeshadow and scissors for keeping that mullet trim and tidy.

Bustiers are better than off the shoulder, nothing says 80's like acid wash and neon colours, and bubble skirts instead of minis.

The 80's weren't about labels, so your best bet is to hit the thrift stores, like Madonna and Cyndi Lauper did back then. Long pearl necklaces any colour(and tie it into a knot!) and tie a lace scarf in your hair as a headband. Legwarmers were popular, too. You can get away with alot of 60's fashions here too. Like tye dye, ripped jeans (very popular) and flowing gypsy style dresses. Think Stevie Nicks.

Good luck!

Try http://www.delias.com
They tend to have some 80'd inspired clothing.
You could also cut the neck a bit on a sweatshirt-that was popular in the 80's.

You can get that stuff anywhere. I like the long shirt, leggings and 2 pair of socks. That is the easiest, cheapest and hottest. I've always loved that look.

80's a huge trend right now, so i would just wander around and check out trendy shops- i work at H&M and we have some awesome things right now. i'd also check target. i think you can make anything work for the 80's as long as it's brightly colored and outrageous.
