id say for this year and the next, its the nuggets. they will make the playoffs but not necessarily make it all the way to the top (unless they pull off a major deal again)
but for year 2 and beyond, its the sixers. they have a stable PG and the other AI is blossoming. Also, they have 3 first rd picks in the draft and alot of cap space.
however, in terms of cash earnings, denver has the upper hand coz they have allen iverson

Since the Sixers are better now, and the Nuggets are about the same, the Sixers definately got the better end of the deal. Plus, they have three first rounders in the draft and a lot of cap space. I think they will be a force in the East next year.

Right now at thi moment I'm gonna say the sixers got a better deal. They have had a noticbaly better record since Iverson left and right now in Denver it's hard to have 2 big name people like A.I. and Carmelo on the same team...I think eventually the Nuggets will have the better end but not today.

Nuggets, since webber, not iverson was the main problem for the sixers. The sixers also benefit from an easier schedule in the east.

with 7 wins in a row you would have to think the sixers!!!
Iggy has turned into a budding superstar and has of late put up near Lebon time numbers with 25.8 points on 56 percent shooting, 0.8 threes, 7.4 rebounds, 6.0 assists, and 3.2 steals in 45 minutes per game!!!
Andre Miller looks to be the player he once was when he was a young draft pick playing for the Cavs. i think the sixers with these two players along with some draft picks are a team that wont be rebuilding for too long. theyre still thin at PF and SG...but theyre lookin good.
nuggets on t he other hand ar ejust not playing as well as they should. with the tandem of AI and Melo, they really should be putting up better numbers offensively. these 2 have yet to mesh like all the other great tandems that the league has seen in recent years....for now, even though they wont make the playoffs, the sixers look like they got the better deal

You would think that the Nuggets would have the better deal but It seems that the Sixers are playing well without A.I.

i imagine the Nuggets were given the more beneficial useful deal. They were given a level look after in Chauncey Billups, McDyess (a huge guy who might want to help Marcus Camby crash some forums), and Cheikh Samb (a tender center who might want to likely do sturdy for Denver once he features journey)... Detroit had Chauncey Billups, who gave the Pistons tremendous team chemistry at the same time as he stepped on the courtroom. He knew each body's strengths, and evolved from that. AI is a scoring aspect look after. So i imagine Detroit's going to ought to position self assurance in him a lot until eventually he unearths out how nicely Sheed, Rip, and Prince play and what their strengths are. also, Iverson's scoring everyday has decreased heavily considering that averaging a occupation-best 33.0 factors in line with sport in 2005-06. And he replaced into with a severe scoring team in the Denver Nuggets.

I say both. When the Nuggets work out the kinks on that team concerning who gets their touches and their shots, they're going to be a dangerous team. If worse comes to worse, at least they have trade bait for draft picks, a few role players and cash.
With Philly, the Ewing Theory has been proven valid yet again. Iverson leaves, opening the door for Igoudala and Korver to shine. They might even have a chance to win the Atlantic next season with a few upgrades.

Nuggets IMO. Iverson was mainly gotten to keep the nuggets running normally until melo got back for suspension. He did that. There in the playoff run in the west, which is much more difficult. But Phili did get rid of AI and miller helped alot. Acquiring steve blake helped them even more.
