Is it considered a curse word if you use a curse word from another country?

This is a legit q's. I'm not trying to be funny or disrespectful. English say: bullocks, wanker bloody hell. These are not curse words to me. What's your opinion?

I asked this q's in another forum and no one answered. Please!!!! I want to know.

It is swearing if someone listening understands the meaning or context

It is a bad habit to swear - usually it means you don't have any better words to use
