Put an electric wire on the side of the house. I know, I know, mythbusters debunked that, but if you just put a wire up with the right connectors, but no electricity, and set up a hidden speaker that makes snapping and crackling sounds when the wire is touched, that might scare the...errrrr, yeah....

I would wait with a flash camera. Get enough prints for his family and his neighbors. Maybe even get some for the police ("committing a public nuisance.") That might convince him to use his own plumbing not your walls.

I would NOT confront him...He might pee on you. Invest in a pit bull...Unleash the dog when he whips it out and watch the fun!!! Or, you could do the safer bet, call the cops.
