Mouthwash.
Brushing your teeth twice a day with whitening toothpaste.
Crest white strips.
Rub baking soda on them [worked for me, but some people say it doesn't really work].

Listerine whitening mouthwash is great! You will see results, with regular use day and night, in about a week. Be careful with teeth whiteners though, they will ruin the enamel on your teeth and cause a lot of sensativity to cold and hot.

Try peroxide. It's what all those expensive whiteners use. Juat brush your teeth with it after your normal brushing, let it sit for about 20-30 seconds, then rinse. It really works!

Other than buying whiteners. No coffee, tea, or soda. Try mixing baking soda with water and use it as a mouth rinse. Also, use Colgate Advanced Whiting toothpaste.
