I have brown eyes and my friend has blue eyes and we both have tan skin. So we both need stuff that will kinda go with our eyes.

Go out and buy the books by Kevin Aucoin. Probably one of the best make up artists ever. I used a lot of his techniques, being a drag queen and loving the bold eyes.

U should get a teen vouge magazine or seventeen mag. and they usually have lots of good make^ tips

then go to shadow salon.
there you can try different eye shadows on different colored eyes and color skin.
