I have a very good friend of mine that does Aesthetics (skin )
She recommend something to me that did clear my skin up really well. Now I will say this is not for everyone. Try it for a week or two and see if you stop getting new breakouts. Here is what I did.
MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE ALL MAKE UP FIRST.
Mix together 2 tbls of baking soda and water to make a paste
put a small drop of acne cleanser and massage onto your face and leave it for about 10 or 15 seconds.(it will sting a little bit) Rinse and then use a moisturizer for your skin type.
It took about a week or so for me to really see a difference. She told me this works because it gets rid of bacteria which can cause pimples. It is worth a shot for you guys good luck.

YEah the toothpaste will work it dries it though which may dry your skin too. I heard windex works to or like a window cleaner. But you know, you should really consider getting something thats more pimple product. Mary Kay has a great cleansing products you can also get some from wal mart. It's important you get those too eventually because that other stuff dries skin and you need moisturizers to and toners. For now do the toothpaste cause im sure you have that at home.

The most effective treatment I know is applying a 5% benzoyl peroxide cream - try Neutrogena's products or PanOxyl. You have to apply it twice a day. You can speed up the recovery by using a cleanser/toner containing salicylic acid (again, check out products by Neutrogena or L'Oreal). You have to stick to this routine for at least a week for visible results.
Do not exfoliate if you have reddish acne - it will only make it worse!

Rubbing Alcohol. Beware it may sting but it does the job. Every time I got pimples, I used it and by next day they were all drying up and they were gone the day after that. Give it a try, a friend of mine told me about it and I've been using since. Also, I've tried those methods mentioned above and they don't work.

Try this for acne:
Accutane-an antibiotic and Ziana- a new acne gel. See your dermotologist. Also wash face with cool or cold water, never hot. And never use scrubs or toners, they aggravate acne. Use a mild cleanser and mositurizer like Cetaphil.
Best Wishes

Make a past of aspirin tablets and a few drops of warm water. Leave it on your face at least half an hour.
Really, the only sure fire thing is to go to the doctor and get him to give you antibiotics either in pill form or as a topical application (roll on).

i recomend alchole, rubbing alchole. it dries ur skin up, but what acne is is a bactiera infection. and u need an antibiotic to get rid of that, True acne is this, but pimples can be build up of oil in the pores of the face, and skin. Proactie and other products, like that clean up the oils, but not the bactiera. So if its just oil, alchole will work, but if its the bacteria u need somthin ur doc can give you.

Toothpaste dries them up. Also the inside skin of an egg. You know the membrane like thing. Sounds gross but works.
