I blame genetics or something is just wrong with me. I eat 1000-1200 calories a day and I have been overweight all my life. I eat fish like mahi or salmon three times a week and tons of vegetables. Something that I eat that I would consider is not heallthy is rice. I eat a serving of rice every day. I also sometimes eat 2 fruits, instead of 1 that was recommended.

I actually was told to eat more to lose weight. Weird, but difficult to do when I have not appetite.

We eat too many donuts that's why we're fat.
And we blame genetics because we don't want to blame it on the donuts. That would be admitting that obesity is our 'fault'. I don't want blame, I want donuts.
Oh, I just thought of something, it's gotta be the genetic thing that makes me want the donuts!!!!!! So I, for one, am gonna have to blame genetics after all! lol

What can i say? you're corrct. I merely have been given decrease back from a pair of months in Japan and Korea. 2 international places that have wealth yet do no longer overeat and walk everywhere they bypass. you may in basic terms benefit weight in case you eat greater energy than you burn. there is not any different way.
