1. The basic equation is KClO3 --> O2 + KCl

Start by balancing the oxygen...

2(KClO3) --> 3O2 + KCl

...then match the KCl to the beginning...

2(KClO3) --> 3O2 + 2KCl

2. Basic equation:

C3H8 + O2 --> CO2 + H2O

Get the carbon right first...

C3H8 + O2 --> 3(CO2) + H2O

Now do the hydrogen...

C3H8 + O2 --> 3(CO2) + 4(H2O)

...and finally the oxygen.

C3H8 + 5O2 --> 3(CO2) + 4(H2O)

3. Al is +3, and Fl is -1, so...

Al + F2 --> AlF3

Use two of the product, then balance...

2 Al + 3F2 --> 2AlF3

That's it...hope this helps!
