I once did this activity in a class where the teacher made us sit in darkness with this calming music in the background. She'd then go on to say "You're walking in a forest, what's the weather like?" or "You see a lake, describe it and what do you do?"
And we'd write everything down.
Then in the end everyone would share their answers and the teacher would say the deeper meaning behind our answers.
For example, a large flowing lake that you ran around in really meant you were a sexual person.

What is the name of this test? Does it have one...Or what?...Any info would be helpful.

Guided imagery is correct.
Most, children hospitals have whats called child life specialists. In a nutshell they help reduce the stress and anxiety of children in the hospital. Preforming many roles, one thing they do is help during procedures such as biopsys.
During these procedures, they do relaxation techniques with guided imagery, to relax the patient (even though they are sedated).
Works wonders!

Its a projective test - you pick the subject, and thus you "project" on to the subject matter the type of personality you have.
