Yes it is more or less official. Before tonight's game they will make an announcement. Tomorrow they will dot the i's and cross the t's. But it is offical. they had something on espnnews last night which may have been a little premature. Govenor Rendell made an announcement this morning that it is a done deal. I am going to the game tonight! Let's go Pens! Oh it is a 30 year deal. The pens will pay 3.8 to 4 million a year for 30 years plus 400,000 for other costs. Apparently there is an option for the parking garage.
