1st problem is one of my channels doesn't work that is supposed to. Secondly, our phone and internet connections have went out everyday last week for about 20 mins to 1hour each day. My mom has called comcast and they say they can do nothing about the channel and pretty much nothing about the internet going out either -.-. Are we the only ones having this problem and if not what did you do to solve the problem? I like comcast because it's fast but if you can reccomend maybe another internet provider with good speed then please do.

By the way the channel that doesn't work is G4, it's a videogame channel.

If the cable company is telling you that they can not do anything to fix a problem you are having, then you should not be their customer anymore.

You pay them to provide these services to you, and you are not getting the services. Shop around, tell them you want to cancel your service. Maybe then they will do something about it.

If you don't get any satisfaction from the person you are speaking to on the phone, ask to speak to a supervisor. If they don't do anything for you ask for their supervisor. The more you go up the ladder, the better chance you will have to get something done.

Comcast is one of the worst companies in existance. Unless you keep calling and YELLING at them, you won't ever get this fixed. I suffer with similar problems up here in Chicago. Good luck to you buddy.

The trouble is they have a monopoly everywhere that they reign supreme. They spend too much on advertising and then jack up the prices. I am going to call them and tell them I am switching to dish and dsl and see what they offer.

I am in California and com cast is working fine and people working there are very nice and polite.
