trust me, i have school stress al the time. but i get along fine....try and just breath. take your mind off of school for a quick sec, or go hang out with your friends and have some fun...Hope his helps.

Everyone have stress, but the different is how long the stress affects you. Remember when you have to take a test? You are worrying about your answer no matter how many times you've studied for the test. But if you are still stress after each task is completed then two things you should do; exercise regularly and have a good rest.

You have a lovely name by the way. Do you know that there are some really good CDs or tapes about relaxation. The teach you methods to recognise and overcome stressful situations. If you have more time yoga and similar forms of exercise are great. But I found the tapes are a cheap and simple way to go in the privacy of you own room.

take a "Me Day". go to a library and hang out for a few hours and just relax or read. taking walks is also good if u'd like to include exercise. work on the problems that ur most stressed about. if u have a bunch of tests coming up, it happens just study and do what u need to do to pass. keep up w/ daily assigns. dedicate a time for studying and a time for play or relaxation. hope i helped

I always have stress from school. From the people, the work and numerous other things. I like to just turn my music up really loud for about ten minutes, and then I feel better. Its worked for me everytime.

go to value village and buy a bunch of chiped dishes, then go out in the back yard and smash the heck out of them. It is so cool to relieve your anger this way. Try it, it will help you out. Or take a stick and beat the heck out of a tree. How can you go wrong? Take care Heather

i dont have stress like dat but do what i do when i want to relax prepare a nice bath, listen to music and just relax it always works juss dont let all da homework and stress bother u a nice bath is da best solution

yes i do,, be cause i do everything at the last minute, try doing a little hw each day depending when its due and study for tests about 3 days head for like 20-30 min a day =]
