I don't think it's eyeliner...maybe it's something italian guys have I have a classmate at school who has italian heritage and it seems as if he wore eyeliner but he doesn't...maybe it's his eyelashes but i doubt it's eyeliner.♥

No, he doesn't wear eyeliner. His eyes are naturally dark because his eyelashes are dark. It is his Italian heritage.

It looks like he just has dark lashes. His lashes on the bottom are probably pretty thick, too.

I think he has naturally dark eyelashes - they would be the only natural thing about him though!
