Here are some things that will help you out.

1. Eat a lot of protein. You have to be pretty big if you want to go pro. Most NFL teams will pass up talented players who don't have the prototypical body type. Good things to eat are eggs, chicken breasts, and protein bars and shakes. And drink milk with every meal.. Milk is full of protein and Calcuim.. two of the best things for growing muscles and bones.

2. Work hard. If you want to be a professional, you have to be in amazing shape. Don't be lazy. Go out and do physical things, and don't spend a lot of time playing video games and watching TV. Lift weights, run, play sports with your friends, do physical chores.

3. Learn everything you can about fooball. Learn all the positions, and what their jobs are. Offense and Defense. Learn what different formations are. The best players are also the best studens of the game. Look at Tom Brady, Ladanian Tomlinson, Peyton Manning, Brian Urlacher, Adalius Thomas. All those guys know what everyone on the field is supposed to be doing. Being big and fast might make you a good player.. but being big, fast, and smart will make you a star.

4. Don't get too cocky. Confidence is important. But always remember that you can get better, that you can learn more, and that even if you are the best player on the field you still need your teammates behind you if you want to succeed.

PRACTICE of course. But practice correctly and don't get bad habits by goofing off. It takes way longer to get rid of a bad habit than it does to develop a good one.

See if there is a League you can join. If not football, at least find something where you are working as a team. Most colleges (and I assume pro) want team members, not stand-alone stars.

Also, lift weights. Talk to someone in your school about a weight lifting program. Especially as you are only 11, some weight movements you should not do yet, but others will help build strength and endurance.

Look to your nearest community center for a "Pop Warner" or "Police Athletic League" football team.

Even a start in a community flag football program will be beneficial.

Keep your sights set for playing football in high school.

Once you set foot on a high school field...start looking at colleges to play for.

At 11 you have great heart with a dream: the best way to persue that is to stay focused on the small steps to achieve it.

Well, first of all find out what position that you're going to be best adapted to....then go and watch replays of the best in that sport....Ex:...if you plan on being a wide receiver you should check out replays of how Jerry Rice catches the football......After this go out and find some friends to just play football with you.....Basically just copy what the pros do on the field and you'll be in the pros no problem.....

2)Figure out what position you want to play.
3)Play in little leagues and get a personnal trainer.
4)get a lot of sleep
5) Finally WORK YOUR LITTLE @SS OFF ALL THE TIME, STUDY FILM, STUDY PLAYS, FORMATIONS, AND LIVE EAT AND BREATH FOOTBALL..

watch some videos of some of the best athletes to ever play the game...watch them carefully, even in slow motion inorder to mimic their moves and study their technique...since you are still young, play some pop warner that way you are able to develope field vision and experience...as you get older, continue to train harder even when your body feels like quiting...eat healthy so that you are able to grow big and strong...by your high school years, get as much info as possible from your coaches and be a good teammate towards your peers...good luck.

the game played physically. but the most energy should be spent learning the game.
