Try the classifieds in your local newspaper. A lot of well-to-do people buy nice furniture and then get tired of it quickly and sell it cheap. Too, you might try estate sales and garage sales.
If you're handy you might learn to refinish an item that you've purchased and give it your personal touch. Good luck.

Two places come to mind. If you have an IKEA where you are, or even a Goodwill Store where you are.

IKEA.....Although Im over it! It still works for some people..U may want to look into it..Maybe to your liking
