I just saw this film on my vacation in California and was shocked at the way the credit card industry ahs manipulated this nation into a history of debt. The fact alone people have commited suicide over the impending doom of overwhelming creditcard fees (especially the heartbreaking tale of college students) is mind boggling. The reality of the matter is there really is a sick obsession amongst credit card companies that targest those unable to afford payments and ensures they get credit cards- I though my $1500 debt was bad...

I hope it comes to the smaller venues or A & E pick it up so us that aren't near a big city (Chicago, LA, NY, Dallas) can see it.

I heard about it on the Dave Ramsey show and because of his teaching, I am not shocked at what you said is in the movie. It is sad and the credit card/loan companies have so much marketing money to "brainwash" everyone to thinking you need a HELOC or a credit card for a "emergencies."

Cash based teaching (Ramsey & Crown Financial) and common sense need to make a comeback! The American people can't look at our government for guidenance on how to get out of debt, since my great-grandchildren will be paying off the current national debt!

If the US wants to stay as the greatest country we need to get a grip on our personal and government and corporate finances!
